Lisa DiNenno, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Founder, Owner & Clinical Director, SoulCare Integrative Psychiatry LLC

I’m a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in psychiatric care across emergency, urgent care, inpatient, outpatient, community-based, and telehealth settings.

For over a decade, I was employed by the New Mexico VA Healthcare System, where I conducted emergency psychiatric evaluations in the ER and delivered walk-in urgent mental health care services at the BEACON Clinic. I later transitioned to a virtual role, providing psychiatric medication management with supportive psychotherapy for over 300 veterans across rural New Mexico via telehealth.

Before my time at the VA, I worked at Presbyterian Medical Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Farmington, NM, where I delivered psychiatric care to a panel of more than 400 adults. This role strengthened my commitment to providing culturally competent interventions and expanding mental health access for underserved communities.

My foundation in mental health care, however, began earlier as an RN on the adult and geriatric inpatient psychiatric units at University of New Mexico Hospitals, and as an RN case manager for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) teams, supporting individuals with complex and persistent mental health conditions.

In 2024, I received the University of New Mexico School of Nursing's Outstanding Graduate Preceptor Award for my dedication to mentoring future mental health professionals.
